Hazel Health has partnered with Clark County School District to provide access to quality health care services for all students, at no cost to families, this school year. A school health representative can initiate a video visit with a Hazel health care provider while your child is at-school to provide either physical or mental health services. Therapy sessions with Hazel Health are a safe space and are private and confidential.​

CP Squires School-Based Health Center offers primary care and preventive health services to children of the Clark County School District.

Nevada law requires that all children be fully immunized before entering school. Back-to-school immunizations are available at the Health District clinics listed below.

Eye Care 4 Kids, a non-profit organization providing professional vision screenings, exams and eyeglasses to underserved students in Clark County School District. In addition to two clinics they also have a Mobile Vision Clinic that travels throughout the district spending the day at a different school each day the district is open. The Mobile Vision Clinic is a fully equipped eyecare clinic on wheels, complete with an Optometrist, Optician and Optical Technician, all prepared to help your student through the appointment.
Through the program, Eye Care 4 Kids will see CCSD students with a financial need one time per year at no charge. In this appointment, they receive a vision screening, a vision exam and can choose their eyeglasses (should it be determined that they need eyeglasses) again, at no charge. Should your student lose or break their glasses within that year, there is a reasonable replacement fee based on their prescription.

In collaboration with the Clark County School District (CCSD) Family Support Center (FSC), the program provides support to students and families through information, education, and community resources with the aim of assisting student success by addressing their social, physiological, emotional, and linguistic needs.

UNLV Health supports the FSC’s mission by providing comprehensive medical care to all CCSD students in need. This care is available to students and their siblings from 3 to 21 years of age. Patients and their families are given information about community resources that could provide additional help for their various needs, including, vision, dental, and mental health services, support for chronic medical conditions, learning/tutoring assistance, and social services.

The Pediatric Dentistry Clinic provides compassionate, comprehensive dental care for infants, children, and adolescents up to age 16, as well as patients with special health care needs. As a teaching clinic, care is delivered by pediatric residents and dental students under the supervision of board-certified pediatric dentists, ensuring evidence-based treatment in a supportive environment.
